Terms and Conditions for Metrou Bucuresti App
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Metrou Bucuresti app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

- Location-based services for finding nearby stations

3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
- Not use the App in a way that could damage or impair the service

8. User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
You use the App at your own risk. It is your sole responsibility to:

- Ensure the App's suitability before relying on it for transportation planning
- Have alternative transportation plans in case of App malfunction
The App is intended for informational purposes only and should not be your sole source for transportation decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
This limitation includes, but is not limited to:

- Business interruption or missed transportation
- Personal injury or property damage
- Costs of procurement of substitute services
Even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero for free apps).

- Map services (Google Maps, Waze, etc.)
- Email applications used for crash reporting
- Official metro authority information or schedule changes
- Third-party advertising content displayed through AdMob
- Device operating system functionality

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your use of the App
- Your reliance on App information for transportation decisions
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of a third party
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or third-party service interruptions.
