Situation

Bucharest metro riders needed reliable routing and arrival information that also worked underground, where connectivity drops.

Work delivered

A native Kotlin app with offline metro routing, real-time arrival information and push notifications; a companion website; CI/CD automation; Google Play publishing; advertising integration; and Firebase with production crash monitoring.

Outcome

Reached 700+ organic installs within roughly four months, with around 60% of installs (420+) staying monthly active, at a 40.7% store-listing conversion rate. Ongoing product updates and live troubleshooting continue.

ActaSuite

MVP in testing

Situation

A document workflow that depended on reading, comparing, scoring and converting PDFs by hand: slow, repetitive and hard to keep consistent.

Work delivered

ActaSuite, a growing suite of Windows desktop document tools built entirely in the EU, currently including structured PDF processing (extraction and interpretation of information from PDF documents, configurable templates, and automated comparison and scoring), PDF-to-Word conversion, and PDF editing, with more tools planned for the suite.

Outcome

Converts a previously manual document workflow into a repeatable tool. ActaSuite is in MVP testing; we present it as evidence of desktop and document-processing capability, not as a finished commercial product.
